COURSE DESCRIPTION

Are you confused and unsure about how to start your aesthetics business? Do you know what you need and have the right tools to be successful in this industry? Coming into the world of Aesthetic Medicine is super exciting, but it can also be overwhelming.  I know, because I've been there.  So I've created a 6-week course to help guide you along the way and give you the tools to start your aesthetics business successfully.

In this course, you will learn how to:

• Identify and understand what tools you will need to open your Aesthetics Practice
• Create and set your personal and company goals
• Create your company's vision & mission
• set up your financial plan and track your monthly budget
• develop a marketing plan and strategy
• create your brand strategy
• understand the basics of photography for your practice
• develop your standard operating procedures manual
• build your team of employees and have insights on how to engage with them to perform at their optimal level
• become a great leader and build the right culture for your practice

You will receive two 30 minute one to one follow-up calls with Rachelle to answer any of your questions or concerns. 

You'll also receive useful and practical tools such as: a business plan, a monthly planner, consent form templates, post treatment sheets, consultation forms, and shared best practices.
